Important Notes Prior To Registration :

1. The registration form is devided into
        Section A : Organisation Registration Form
        Section B : Organisation Officer Registration Form
   You are required to complete both sections.
2. Kindly download the Application Delaration Form, complete the form, and upload in Section B (in PDF format).
3. The registration is considered complete once you have completed in both Section A and Section B.
4. It's important to ensure the accurancy and completeness of the registered information.
5. Each organisation is allowed to submit only once (1) application form.
